Overview
We’re excited to announce enhancements to our integration with Karmak! You can now:
- Perform parts searches using partial or semi-matching part numbers or descriptions
- Use the new Related RO feature to associate multiple RO numbers with a single case
These improvements are designed to make your workflow faster and more flexible.

How to Search for Parts

Create a Case and Add an Operation
Begin by creating a case and adding at least one operation. -
Open the Edit Operation Page
Click the operation name to open the Edit Operation page. -
Locate the Parts Section
Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Parts table. -
Enter Search Criteria
In the Part Number or Part Description field, enter a part name or number.- You can now use partial or semi-matching search terms thanks to our improved Karmak integration.

Submit the Search
Click Submit Parts.- If there's an exact match, the part will be returned.
- If no results are found, a message will appear: "No results found. Go to Search."

Use the Go to Search Option
Click Go to Search to open the Adding Operation Part modal.- Your original search term will be pre-filled.
- Click Search to run a broader search against Karmak’s database.

View and Add Matching Results Matching parts will be listed. Click the blue part number to add it to the operation.

Customer-Specific Pricing and Availability
Once added, the system retrieves customer-specific pricing and availability through our integration.
Using the Related RO Feature
You can now associate multiple RO numbers with a single case using the new Related RO feature. This enhancement helps consolidate work orders and improves tracking across related services.
