How to Extract Dealer Operations from CDK

If you're an administrator of both your CDK application and Builder, you can import your CDK operations into Builder instead of adding them manually. To do so, you'll need to first export them from CDK.

To extract Dealer Operations from CDK for import into Builder:

1. Select function ROP – Report Op Codes
2. In the "Op Code Type to Include" section, select Dealer Defined.
   
3. Click View Results.
4. Wait a few moments for the report to generate.
   It'll display below the Search Criteria.
   
5. When the report completes, go to the toolbar at the top, and click Export.
6. Select the type of file you want for your report. (We recommend Excel or CSV.)
   

You can now upload that file into Builder to create your operations.
