Auto-Close Enhancement

Auto-Close from DSI to Decisiv

The Auto-Close enhancement for DSI integrations allows the dealer to automatically attach the invoice pdf copy into the case. 

This process is carried out during the Auto-Close function from DSI and is not controlled by the Decisiv Platform. 

Integration Setup Requirements

This enhancement will require the dealer to request the functionality to be enabled from DSI Support. Upon confirmation from the Dealer, DSI will enable the setup of this feature on DSI.
